Welcome to Upstack (accessible at upstack.in), a product of Vsteq Softwares Private Limited, a company registered under the laws of India with its registered office in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our website and registering for any of our Live Workshops, Action Programs, or digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the Upstack website at upstack.in and all associated sub-domains.
  • "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, or registers on the Platform.
  • "Workshop" refers to any Live AI Dev Workshop, Action Program, or digital learning experience offered through the Platform.
  • "Digital Materials" refers to recordings, prompt vaults, playbooks, hosting credits, and any downloadable or streamable content provided as part of Workshop access.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to register for and participate in our Workshops. By registering, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Registration & Account

When you register for a Workshop, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Workshop Access & Delivery

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to Digital Materials and a confirmed seat in the live Workshop session.
  • Workshop schedules, content, and delivery formats may be updated at our discretion. We will notify registered participants of any significant changes.
  • Recordings of live sessions will be made available for a period communicated at the time of registration.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, Workshop materials, prompt templates, and software — is the property of Vsteq Softwares Private Limited or its content providers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute Workshop recordings or Digital Materials.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Workshop experience for others.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vsteq Softwares Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in Workshops, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform and all Workshops are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality, actionable content, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, earnings, or results from participation in any Workshop or Action Program.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
